The ideation game

Players co-create a deck of challenge cards, then take turns playing them to ideate and vote for potential solutions to those challenges.

The game format gives the team a shared goal and a shared understanding of what success means, lets players step out of their habitual thinking, and ensures everyone has a fair chance to put forward their ideas.
